Statement on X/Twitter Suspension and Section 230

What Happened

My X (Twitter) account @esala12 has been suspended due to mass reporting. The reported posts which contributed to the banning of the account were jokes about the Jewish Community. “Rage baiting” corrupt politician is protected by the First Amendment.

Why It Matters

Big Tech platforms shape public debate and election information.
When lawful speech is removed, voters lose access to important viewpoints and evidence.
I will fight for transparency and due process in content moderation that affect Texans.

My Position on Section 230

Tech companies are being dishonorable and unethically changing public square of communication while benefiting form the Tax Payer

“Texans deserve a level playing field online. If a platform can influence elections by silencing lawful voices, it must be transparent and accountable.”
